These Terms and Conditions form the basis of Dining Plus Program operated by Derby Marketing L.L.C. and are effective from the date of issuance of the Dining Plus membership card (hereafter referred as card). By using the Card you agree to the Terms & Conditions. Dining Plus reserves the right to vary, amend or make any changes to these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice in its absolute discretion.  Any changes will be communicated on our website and become effective at the time of posting on our website. 

Article 1 – Membership

The card cannot be duplicated and/or used for any purposes other than those provided for in these terms and conditions. The membership and hence services cannot be transferred or used by anyone other than its subscriber, his / her spouse, children and parents for any reason. All entitlements are defined in the respective package.

Article 2 – Value Voucher Redemption

A member is eligible to redeem the vouchers once he/she has registered himself/herself on the website www.diningplus.ae. The member has to make sure that the printer is connected while printing the vouchers.Value Vouchers are valid only for the product/service specified on the voucher. The expiry date is mentioned on the value voucher and thus, the voucher has to be redeemed before or on the expiry date or membership expiry date whichever comes first. Value voucher may not be valid in conjunction with any other promotion or special offer. One voucher can be redeemed against one transaction. Value Vouchers can only be redeemed at the relevant locations as specified on the voucher itself. They cannot be redeemed against cash. Dining Plus and/or the participating outlet will not be responsible in case of any lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged vouchers and a replacement voucher will not be issued.Vouchers once issued cannot be cancelled and the balance of the voucher, once redeemed cannot be credited back into the Cardholder’s account. Dining Plus is not responsible for the quality of goods and/or services provided by the partner.

Article 3 – Discount Programs

Partner reserves the right to add/delete/change the promotions/offers as well as the value of the vouchers without notice. The changes shall be reflected on the website www.diningplus.ae.

Article 4 – Concierge Services

A prior notification (minimum 48 hours) has to be provided by Dining Plus members in order to avail the concierge services.Inter-emirates is not allowed. The services will be provided within the city limits. The service will be provided free however the vehicle passing charges, government fees, registration charges and any traffic fines will be charged to the  member on actual either on his/her Credit card or cash on delivery.

Article 5 – Hotel Stay Voucher for 3 Days and 2 Nights

  • Hotel Stay Voucher entitles the member to a complimentary (3) days / (2) nights accommodation for a couple and one child below 8years of age at the hotels and resorts mentioned herein .Here 3 days/ 2 nights stay means two night stay in any one of the resorts with Standard Check in/Check out timings. e.g., If you check in on 1Sep, your checkout date will be 3 Sep. Check in and check out timings may vary depending on Hotel Policy.
  • Member must submit his / her request for redeeming his / her voucher latest by 10 months from start of membership. Further, the member must provide his/ her preferences of destinations & check in dates within the redemption form.
  • Member to redeem the voucher must clearly submit three (3) separate destinations and (3) check in dates. In case the member fails to provide three separate destinations and/or dates, the application shall be disqualified and shall not be entitled to redeem the  voucher.
  • In order to process any booking, Dining Plus must be given a minimum of 30 Days advance notice by the member. All preferred check in dates shall be at least (30) days after the receipt of the completely filled printed form. Further, the member must maintain a minimum of (7) days gap between all the preferred dates, which should not go beyond the membership expiry date.
  • On receiving the member’s duly filled request Form, the member shall be informed by Dining Plus for availability of destination with a period of 7 working dates to 1 month based on member requirement.
  • On receiving the confirmation on hotel stay availability from Dining Plus, the member needs to provide the travel documents for all the passengers travelling which includes valid passport copies.On receiving the above travel documents, Dining Plus shall issue an E - Letter of Confirmation for Hotel accommodation in the name of the member. Details of the hotel, destination and check in date will be mentioned there in. 
  • The member must carry the letter of confirmation and produce the same at the time of check-in at the hotel. Failure to produce the letter of confirmation shall disqualify the member and the she/he shall not be entitled to the complementary stay.
  • Only duly completed request forms shall be entertained. All bookings are subject to availability. The offer does not include Festival holidays, 24th December’ 20XX to 2nd January’ 20XX and black out dates.
  • The Hotel stay voucher shall entitle the member only to complementary accommodation. The member shall be solely responsible for the obtaining and completing all visa requirements for international destinations. The voucher shall not include cost for meals ,other hotel incidents including but not limited to room service, laundry charges, ground transportation, extras of personal nature, medical insurance or related insurance, gratuities, merchandise or any other cost of a related , ancillary or incidental nature not stated and the same shall be borne by the member. Any and all expenses incurred by the member in realization (e.g. travel, statutory formalities etc) of the hotel stay voucher shall be incurred by the member.
  • If the member refuses or is unable to go, for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to absence of a valid Passport/visa, on the check – in date provided , natural calamities and events, the benefits under the voucher shall be forfeited and the member shall have no right, title or interest in the same. In the event of such a happening, no demand(s) / claim(s)/communication(s) shall be entertained by Dining Plus.
  • Dining Plus reserves the right to alter dates & hotels, incase of non-availability.
  • Once the letter of Confirmation has been issued against a particular request, no changes and/or ammendments thereafter will be entertained.
  • No two or more Request Forms/  Vouchers can be used for the same destination and /or check –in dates.  The Voucher is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-redeemable against cash. The member must comply with each and every term/requirement /procedure specified  for redeeming the Voucher; else the member shall be disqualified and shall not be entitled to the benefits under this Offer.
  • The member shall make all and any claims/disputes/correspondence regarding the Voucher directly and only with Dining Plus.
  • Dining Plus is not liable or responsible for the quality of the offer, for any direct or indirect issues, loss or damages suffered or incurred by any one arising out of or in connection with the use of vouchers, food, product or service.

Article 6 - Membership Cancellation

Cancellation can only be requested in the first 14 days of membership period provided no service has been utilized. Under certain circumstances where membership has to be cancelled, the percieved value of availed service will be deducted from the refund. No refund will be provided post 14 days of membership period. Cancellation charges apply.
