3 Days 2 Night International stay in India or Far East

Dining Plus offers a unique privilege to its customers. The members can enjoy 3 Days and 2 Nights stay in hotels at 21 fabulous destinations in India or 9 in the Far East. The holiday is redeemable for a couple and one child below 8 years. The age of the youngest child will be chosen for consideration incase of two children. The Booking can be requested in the first 10 months from date of registration and 30 days prior to the intended date of stay. However, the stay must be completed before the expiry of the membership. 

      Terms and Condition for 3 Days 2 Night stay:-

  • Hotel Stay Voucher entitles the member to a complimentary (3) days / (2) nights’ accommodation for a couple and one child below 8 years of age at the hotels and resorts mentioned herein.
  • The 3 days 2night stay can be booked under the customer’s name, his/her spouse or children’s name (above 18 years) or on the customer's parents name only. The stay cannot be booked on any other family member’s name.
  • 3 days/ 2 nights stay means two night stay in any one of the resorts in a standard room with standard Check in/Check out timings. e.g., if you check in on 1 Sep, your checkout date will be 3 Sep. Check in and check out timings may vary depending on Hotel Policy.
  • Member must submit the request via email to support@diningplus.ae for redeeming the voucher within the 10 months of the membership period. Upon receipt of the request email, the member will receive the service request form, based on the eligibility, which needs to be completed and sent back to the support team.
  • Within the request form, the Member must clearly submit three (3) separate destinations (cities) and (3) check-in dates. In case the member fails to provide three separate destinations and/or dates, the application shall be disqualified and shall not be entitled to redeem the stay.
  • In order to process any booking, Dining Plus must be given a minimum of 30 days advance notice by the member from the first intended date of stay. All preferred check-in dates shall be at least (30) days after the receipt of the completely filled printed form. Further, the member must maintain a minimum of (7) day’s gap between all the preferred dates, which should not go beyond the membership expiry date.
  • On receiving the member’s duly filled request Form, the member shall be informed by Dining Plus for the availability of destination with a period of 7 working dates to 1 month before the intended date of stay based on member requirement.
  • Upon receiving the availability on hotel stay availability from Dining Plus, the member needs to provide the travel documents for all the passengers traveling which includes valid passport copies. Upon receiving the above travel documents, Dining Plus support team shall share a booking acknowledgment form to the member, which states the booking details and needs to be signed by the customers and sent back to support@diningplus.ae.  
  • Upon receiving the acknowledgment form from the customer,Dining Plus support team will consider that as the confirmation to proceed with the booking. Upon completion of the booking, a booking confirmation will be shared to the member which consists of the booking reference which the member needs to mention to the hotel at the time of check-in.
  • Only duly completed request forms shall be entertained. All bookings are subject to availability. The offer is not valid during Festival holidays, 24th December’ 20XX to 2nd January’ 20XX and blackout dates as mentioned or as per the hotel policy at the discretion of the hotel.
  • The Hotel stay voucher shall entitle the member only to complementary accommodation. The member shall be solely responsible for the obtaining and completing all visa and travel requirements for all destinations. The voucher shall not include cost for meals, other hotel incidents including but not limited to room service, laundry charges, ground transportation, extras of personal nature, medical insurance or related insurance, gratuities, merchandise or any other cost of a related, ancillary or incidental nature not stated and the same shall be borne by the member. Any and all expenses incurred by the member in realization (e.g. travel, statutory formalities etc) of the hotel stay voucher shall be incurred by the member.

Zomato Gold Membership (1 year)

  • 1 Year Membership.
  • Zomato membership will be valid for 1 year from the date of activation.
  • Each Gold partner restaurant offers either 1+1 on food or 2+2 on drinks.
  • For every 2 diners only 1 Gold benefit can be unlocked - For example, for 2 or 3 diners, 1 membership can be unlocked, for 4 & 5 diners 2 memberships and so on. No cap on the total number of Gold unlocks on the table.
  • Zomato Gold can be used only once at each partner restaurant in a day.
  • Use of Zomato Gold requires a minimum of 2 people on the table.
  • Zomato Gold is not valid on deliveries and takeaway. Take-away of leftovers is at the discretion of the restaurant partner.
  • Member must be physically present at the time of redeeming Gold benefits. Member must carry a valid ID proof
  • Zomato Gold offer should be presented to the Partner Restaurant before the start of service
  • Partner Restaurant may charge additional charges, including but not limited to service charge, which is not covered under Zomato Gold Offers at its own discretion
  • Zomato Gold cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Your membership plan will be automatically renewed at the expiration of your membership plan. You can cancel your membership any time before the expiration of your membership plan
  • 2 + 2 on drinks is not valid on pitchers, buckets and full bottles.
  • 1 + 1 on food is not valid on special menus, set menus, platters, as per catch/size items, buffets, combos and thalis.
  • The complimentary drink will be the same as the first drink ordered.
  • The complimentary dish will be of the same or lesser value than the first dish.
  • Any discounts on the membership are valid for the first purchase only.
  • Zomato Gold is not valid on special occasion days (Valentine’s Day, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day,Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, National Day), or on days prohibited by law or applicable regulations.
  • Zomato voucher code is valid only for 1 month from the membership start date

Concierge Services

            2 Airport Transfers / Point-to-Point Transfers:-

Terms and Conditions for Airport/ Point-to-Point Transfers:-

  • All requests should be made 2 working days prior to the service date. Requests received between 08.30 am to 05.00 pm from Saturday to Thursday (excluding public holidays) will be accepted. Requests received after 05.00 pm will be actioned the following working day.
  • Only valid Dining Plus members can request for complimentary Airport transfers depending on their membership validity and eligibility of services.
  • The Point to Point service can be provided within the city limits of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah only. Inter Emirate services are not provided, however, in case a member requests for an Inter-Emirate service, it will be charged to the member.
  • To avail this service, the member must provide valid membership details.
  • Waiting time for chauffer is 45 minutes (at the Airport Pickup) and 30 minutes (at Residence/Service location) from the requested timing on the form.
  • For airport drops, we recommend members must request service timing at least 3 and a half hour before scheduled flight timing to avoid delays.
  • Customers can cancel a service 24 hours prior to the stipulated service time. Any cancellation within 24 hours of the stipulated service time, will be considered as a no show.
  • A No-Show will be counted as one service utilized.

1 Car Registration:-

Terms and Conditions for Car Registration:-

  • All requests should be made 2 working days prior to the service date. Requests received between 08.30 am to 05.00 pm from Saturday to Thursday (excluding public holidays) will be accepted. Requests received after 05.00 pm will be actioned the following working day.  
  • On booking of service, the car will be picked up between 09.00 am to 05.00 pm and the registration will be completed within the same time period.
  • The Car Registration can be provided within the city limits of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah only. Inter Emirate service will not be provided.
  • The complimentary service through the Support Desk is only for pickup and delivery of car/documents to and from the RTA office. All RTA charges with respect to car registration will be charged directly through a credit card authorization form.
  • If the member's car fails the car registration process for any reason whatsoever, the documents and the car will be returned back to the member and the service will be considered as redeemed.
  • Fines and black points, if any, should be cleared before requesting for service.     
  • Required documents include original/copy valid insurance policy, original registration card passport copy with visa page and Emirates ID.

Terms and Conditions for Messenger services:-

  • All requests should be made 2 working days prior to the service date. Requests received between 08.30 am to 5.00 pm from Saturday to Thursday (excluding public holidays) will be accepted. Requests received after 5.00 pm will be actioned the following working day.
  • Delivery services will be provided within city limits of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah only. In case a member requests for an inter-emirate service, it will be charged to the member. 
  • Only documents up to 500 grams will be accepted for delivery. The Support Desk has the right to refuse delivery if the contents are not documents.
  • Documents will be accepted only if documents are provided in a sealed envelope with the name, address and contact number of both the sender and receiver clearly mentioned on the envelope
  • If the document is not accepted for delivery by the receiver, the attempt will still be counted as a service.
  • To avail the service, credit card details of a valid Credit Card need to be provided to the Concierge Desk.
  • A charge of minimum amount will be made on the card as a confirmation of your service for which the customer receives an SMS alert on your registered mobile number. However, this amount will not reflect on your card statement.
